The regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Connor with all members in attendance.
Police Station Update
Chief Daigle and Joe Sullivan of Daedalus Projects, Inc. reported the construction process is on schedule and on budget with the station 86% complete.
Mr. Sullivan noted the new station will be energy efficient and the Town was able to achieve this due to money saved by opting for a modular building.
Chief Daigle stated they are looking at an end of June move-in process.
On a Mayhew/Martinis motion, the Board unanimously voted to appoint 2015 poll workers as recommended by the Town Clerk.
On a Soter/Mayhew motion, the Board unanimously voted to reappoint Sandra Tracy to the Board of Registrars – Republican Member.
On a Soter/Martinis motion, the Board unanimously voted to approve the change of manager for Outback Steakhouse from Vicky Egan to Kaike Machado.
On a Martinis/Mayhew motion, the Board unanimously voted to approve the following abatements: residential water, $814.13; residential sewer, $991.84; residential trash, $403.50; municipal water, $7052.73 and municipal sewer, $3127.60.
On a Mayhew/Spencer motion, the Board unanimously voted to approve the April 6th minutes as submitted.
On a Soter/Mayhew motion, the Board unanimously voted to adopt the Domestic Violence Leave Policy as submitted.
The Town Administrator Evaluation results will be rescheduled to the Selectmen’s May 18th meeting.
Mr. Fraine requested an executive session regarding contract negotiations. Members of the Board were polled with all voting in the affirmative. The Board will not return to open session at the conclusion of the executive session.

On a Mayhew/Martinis motion, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 PM.
